What is an Assessment?
Every new member gets a 45-60 min. full body assessment. In order for us to provide the best and most personalized workout program for you, we need to get to know you better! We put your DNA into your training, so this assessment includes: BioSig measurements (Body Fat%), FMS (Mobility), RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset), and VO2 test (Endurance/Cardio). During this meeting we will also touch base on nutrition, overall wellness, and health history. These are the necessary beginnings to better shape and formulate your fitness and health journey. We want to meet you where you are!

What is a ReAssessment?
It is a priority that you are a satisfied Tribe member who is reaching your goals. For this reason, every 8-12 weeks we schedule a reassessment with one of the senior trainers. This is a shorter version of your initial assessment, about 30 minutes long. We will do the same tests and we will compare them with the previous results. We look for areas of improvement, and based on this we design a new workout program for you.
