What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training gives you the feel of 1 on 1 training while joining you with others in your community. Our staff of certified trainers create a program that is specially tailored to YOU. Each trainer is allotted 4 clients per hour to ensure the best quality of training (hence "Small Group" Training). We have a flexible schedule and an online booking service to make scheduling easy. 1 on 1 training can be expensive, but with small group training, you are guaranteed the same benefits while paying a smaller price. 

What is Team Training?

Are you a student? Young Athlete? This is the program for you. Like Small Group Training, Team Training gives you the feel of 1 on 1 training while joining you with others in your community. Our staff of certified trainers create a program that is specially tailored to YOU, including keeping your sport and other activities in mind. 

What is Large group training?

Large Group Training is Catalyst's own form of classes, limited to 10 people per class, Large Group Training is built to maximize your fitness, while encouraging you to meet other Catalyst Tribe members and our trainers!

Owner/personal trainer

Certifications:

NSCA, Poliquin, FMS, PRI, RPR Level 2, Poliquin Bio-Sig Level 2. Coached Florida Panthers during training camp 2009. 

Fun Facts:

Likes to listen to Hip-Hop and 90's heavy metal. Has played hockey goalie his entire life. Practices Jujitsu. Won Show Me naturals, bodybuilding show, Masters, Heavyweight and Overall titles in 2003.

Worked in Walt Disney World for 1 year. Mexican. Placed top 5 in 1st bodybuilding competition in 2017. Loves 80s music. Degree in Hospitality, currently studying to become dietician.
